In 2022 I joined Google OpenLabs, an internal consulting lab that provides actionable insights from in-depth user research to shape the future of work at Google.
OpenLabs uses a rapid-research model and a focus on equity and inclusion to help teams across Google synthesize rich, impactful insights that expedite product and service design on critical initiatives. Our mission is to shape the design of inclusive, humane, accessible, and equitable experiences.
As a senior User Experience Researcher on Openlabs, I partnered with varying stakeholders and product teams to lead exploratory and evaluative research projects from end-to-end to facilitate a deep, nuanced, and actionable understanding of Googlers worldwide and enhance enterprise products across Google and beyond.
